Do you offer free shipping?

When will my order be processed and shipped?

How do I track my order?

Do the lunch boxes include cutlery?
Not all of our lunch boxes include cutlery. However, we offer a convenient, reusable cutlery set on our accessories page that can be added to your order.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?

How long does it take to get a refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days to your original payment method.

Delivery Issues
What should I do if my package is lost?
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven’t received your order, please contact us at contact@domveil.com within 7 days of the delivery date. We’ll work with our carrier to locate or replace your package.
What happens if I’m not home at the time of delivery?
Carriers may leave a delivery notice or attempt redelivery. Please check your tracking link for the latest updates or contact the shipping provider directly.
